The participants all think development is still the fundamental and theme to address the global challenges. All countries should continue to focus on poverty alleviation.

Each country should also save energy and reduce emissions by upgrading industry and energy structure, strengthening technology transfers and cooperation, and increasing capital investment.

The summit also holds that there are several problems in the global governance, such as low efficiency and unreasonable rules. All countries should continue to reform and improve the global governance mechanism and make better use of the United Nations and G20 to deal with crisis and issues of global concern.

"We have reached many agreements at the Global Think Tank Summit, which provide policy suggestions for the UN General Assembly this September and the Climate Change Summit in Paris at the end of the year.
